RESTAURANT DESIGN DIRECTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Developed for Eagle Four Partners, the harbor fronting A&O Kitchen+Bar restaurant at Balboa Bay Resort is a coastal casual design.  The chic design incorporates warm earth toned woods and textural rattan and leather seating, golden sunset accents. Nautical inspired rope light fixtures and an exterior patio lounge with fire pits complete the space.

 

Shannon provided design direction; plan, specification, shop drawing, RFI and purchase order review and approval; procurement oversight; construction supervision; and managed the installation and finishing touches.  Completed in 2014.

Fun Fact:  Shannon connected the A&O logo (also short for Anchors & Ocean), and had a custom entry sign made with the logo placed on a metal serving tray and attached to the wood entry barn door.
