HOTEL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Pacific Hospitality Group acquired the new build AC Hotel Tempe, located minutes from Tempe Town Lake, Mill Street and all that Phoenix has to offer.  The contemporary style is influenced by sleek European design and hotel amenities include the trendy AC Lounge serving tapas and handcrafted cocktails, chic rooms with luxury bedding and spacious workstations, AC Kitchen for delicious breakfasts, 24-hour fitness center, flex and event space, and relaxing rooftop pool. 

 

Shannon provided oversight as Pacific Hospitality Group's owner rep for the final installation, detailing and accessorizing.  Completed in 2016.

Fun Facts:  Shannon can never turn down a warm croissant, and the AC Hotels import theirs directly from Paris, France!
