ANGEL OAK RESTAURANT
RESTAURANT DESIGN DIRECTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Developed for Pacific Hospitality Group, the Channel Island view Angel Oak restaurant at Bacara Resort & Spa, is a modern steakhouse concept. The casually elegant design greets you with a custom 18,000 piece mosaic art piece at the entry; and incorporates a one-of-a-kind solid stone hostess desk, high-end finishes and upscale furnishings; organic gnarled bonsai trees; and a striking and exotic Amazonite stone bar counter complete the space.
Shannon provided design direction; plan, specification, shop drawing, RFI and purchase order review and approval; procurement oversight; construction supervision; and managed the installation and finishing touches. Completed in 2016.
Fun Fact: Shannon loves to make jewelry and hand crafted over 100 leather and Amazonite bead bracelets for the VIP grand opening guests!
