DESIGN DIRECTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Developed for Pacific Hospitality Group, The Bistro at Bacara Resort & Spa, captures the casual elegance of the resort.  The design brings the beach and sea indoors, with varying shades of seafoam green and turquoise textural fabrics, golden accents, and plush sand colored carpeting complimented by beautiful cream stone flooring.  Ikat and quatrefoil patterns accent the interior space, while the oceanview terrace with cozy fireplace completes the exterior experience.

 

Shannon provided design direction; plan, specification, shop drawing, RFI and purchase order review and approval; procurement oversight; construction oversight; and managed the installation and finishing touches.  Completed in 2015.

Fun Fact:  When dining on the terrace, sometimes you can see the local "Bacara bunnies" in the gardens, and dolphins and seals along the shoreline!
