DESIGN DIRECTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Developed for Pacific Hospitality Group, the Guestroom renovation at Bacara Resort & Spa, is a luxurious California coastal design.  The casually elegant rooms emcompass high-end finishes and furnishings, tufted plush global inspired area rugs atop classic Saltillo tile flooring, romantic beds with sheer draperies, and the signature Bacara blue accents in Ikat print pillows and accents complete the space.  Hotel room amenities include 358 guestrooms, suites and residences; in-room fireplaces and private balconies with ocean views.

 

Shannon provided design direction; plan, specification, shop drawing, RFI and purchase order review and approval; procurement oversight; construction oversight; and managed the installation and finishing touches.  Completed in 2015.

Fun Fact:  Instead of driving, sometimes Shannon would take the train from Orange County to Goleta.  It was one of the best scenic train rides and efficient too!
