HOTEL DESIGN, DIRECTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Over the course of 5 years, various luxury coastal renovations were performed for Eagle Four Partners at Balboa Bay Resort including:  The Bayfront Boutique, Grand Ballroom and associated meeting areas, Lobby, Guestrooms, Blend Cafe, Waterline Restaurant and the Resort Pool.  Each of the areas has been enhanced with fresh, modern, and contemporary furnishings, including rich wood tones, and fabrics and carpets in varying shades of blue to complete the seaside experience.

 

Shannon provided design creation or design direction; plan, specification, shop drawing, RFI and purchase order review and approval; FF&E and material reference specification creation; procurement oversight or full services; general contractor and construction supervision; and managed the installation and finishing touches for all projects.  Completed from 2014 through 2019.

Fun Fact:  Shannon connected the A&O logo (also short for Anchors & Ocean), and had a custom entry sign made with the logo placed on a metal serving tray and attached to the wood entry barn door.
