COFFEE SHOP INTERIOR DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Developed for Pacific Hospitality Group, Blend Cafe at Bacara Resort & Spa was once a gift shop turned into a much needed cafe.  The California eclectic design incorporates warm woods; antique French castle stone flooring; comfy rattan lounge chairs and BLEND accent tables; iron and glass chandeliers, rustic metal pendants, custom hand painted artwork and plenty or decorative shelving for sundries and gift items complete the space.

Shannon created the cafe restaurant interior and patio design; prepared FF&E and material reference specifications; provided full procurement services; provided general contractor and construction oversight; and oversaw the installation and finishing touches.  Completed in 2016.

Fun Fact:  Besides wine, coffee is Shannon's favorite non-adult beverage!
