COFFEE SHOP INTERIOR DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Developed for Pacific Hospitality Group, Blend Cafe at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa was once a small meeting room, then opened up to be a lively extension of the Lobby. The fun and funky design incorporates light neutrals with warm woods; distressed turquoise feature chairs with serape inspired upholstery and nailhead trim; colorful patchwork cement tile backspace; seeded glass pendant lights; succulent and equestrian art pieces; and rustic accessories complete the space.

Shannon created the cafe restaurant interior design; prepared FF&E and material reference specifications; provided full procurement services; provided general contractor and construction oversight; and oversaw the installation and finishing touches.  Completed in 2016.
