HOTEL DESIGN, DIRECTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Over the course of 3 years, various luxury renovations were performed for Pacific Hospitality Group at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa including:  La Jolla Ballroom and associated meeting areas, Lobby refresh, Guestrooms, Spa and the Resort Pool.  Each of the areas has been enhanced with fresh, and new furnishings authentic to this serene hacienda haven.

 

Shannon provided design creation or design direction; plan, specification, shop drawing, RFI and purchase order review and approval; FF&E and material reference specification creation; procurement oversight or full services; general contractor and construction supervision; and managed the installation and finishing touches for all projects.  Completed from 2013 through 2016.
