RESTAURANT INTERIOR DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Developed for Pacific Hospitality Group, Greenfinch Restaurant & Bar, and the Hidden Feather Private Dining Room at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa are a casually chic design with touches of bird themed quirkiness.  The light and airy design of the main dining area focuses on bringing the property's lush gardens in, with new operable La Cantina doors to the patio, greenery accents, and multiple mirrors to catch and reflect light.  Neutral tones and textures combined with floral and blue accents, herringbone patterned carpet, embossed leather look wall coverings, and colorful unique artwork and accessories complete the spaces.

 

Shannon created the restaurant, bar and private dining interior design; prepared plans, FF&E and material reference specifications; managed the procurement process; provided general contractor and construction supervision; and oversaw the installation and finishing touches.  Completed in 2020.

Fun Fact:  Shannon stood on a 12’ ladder for 6 hours and hot glue gunned preserved moss on her DIY 4’ x 7’ feature mirror in the main dining area.
