EVENT VENUE INTERIOR DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Developed for Eagle Four Partners, the Lighthouse event venue at Balboa Bay Resort was transformed from a restaurant in to a modern coastal event space.  With bay front and mega yacht views, the space is perfect for corporate or social events.  The clean neutral interior combines light gray herringbone wood floors, white-washed wood wall accents, blown glass pendant lights, oversized wall mirrors, decorative wine display, entry candle wall and a feature blue bar complete the space.

 

Shannon created the event venue interior design; prepared plans, FF&E and material reference specifications; provided general contractor and construction supervision; full procurement services; and managed the installation and finishing touches. Completed in 2021.

Fun Fact:  This is the third time Shannon has worked on this space.  First, when the restaurant was renovated and changed names from First Cabin to Waterline; second, when she redesigned the patio; and now to its latest event space transformation.
