RESTAURANT INTERIOR DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Developed for Pacific Hospitality Group, the industrial chic Meritage Kitchen + Bar restaurant at DoubleTree Santa Ana is a California casual design.  The modern design backdrop envelops dinners in a blend of light textural neutrals and warm grays, and is accented with fresh creams, off-whites, pops of greenery and the signature cherry tomato red.  A combination of booth and table seating arranged in the open space plan, are highlighted by decorative and architectural lighting, and eclectic artwork.  A buffet screened by moveable rustic birch log planters complete the space.

 

Shannon created the restaurant design, prepared plans, FF&E and material reference specifications; provided full procurement services; provided general contractor and construction supervision; and oversaw the installation and finishing touches. Completed in 2018.

Fun Fact:  Shannon also created the Meritage Kitchen + Bar logo with the signature red valve mark; also found on the light fixtures, cabinet knobs and custom entry gates.
