COUNTRY CLUB DESIGN DIRECTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Developed for Eagle Four Partners, the stunning 54,680SF two-story coastal Craftsman-style Clubhouse is an architectural icon and one of the premier private golf clubs in North America.  The Clubhouse commands both greens and sea views, and the upper level amenities include the indoor/outdoor Seahorse Bar, dining room, private dining, 4,000SF Newport Ballroom and flexible-space Ocean Boardroom. The ground level houses a golf shop, exercise and fitness center, men’s and women’s grills, locker rooms, and extensive outdoor patio dining.  There is also a lap and children's pool.  

 

Shannon provided design direction for this new build project, and provided design and construction oversight, project team interface, plan and specifications review and approval, installation oversight, and ​punch walks and sign off.

Completed in 2016.
