Shannon provided the overall design direction for the new build project, and was Pacific Hospitality Group's owner rep providing design, development and construction oversight; project team interface; schedule, budget, plan, specifications, purchase order, shop drawing, and RFI review and approval; procurement and installation oversight; punch walks and sign off. Completed in 2016.
Fun Facts: Shannon developed the idea for the vibrant 1,400 rubber flip flop artwork piece in the lobby as well as the tree inspired bar canopy at Treehouse. And as a surprise "project thank you", the owners commissioned a custom piece of art in a play on her name titled "Shankara Sangria", which is hand painted on a brick wall in Tanner's and can be seen from the viewing windows at Treehouse.
