Sitting atop the highest floors of the St. Regis Hotel & Residences in San Francisco, this $35 million 20,000 square foot penthouse, with 2,900 square feet of terraces, is one of a kind. This spectacular two-story, penthouse boasts floor-to-ceiling glass walls soaring 21+ feet and incomparable 360-degree views, and is one of the largest and most luxurious properties outside of Manhattan.

 

Shannon managed the successful interior design staging of the residential penthouse, and was client Bank of America's owner rep providing design, project team interface and installation oversight; and final detailing and accessorizing to complete the space.  The property was sold 2 weeks after the staging completion.  Completed in 2011.

Fun Fact:  This was Shannon's largest residential project, the later being almost 7,000SF.
