HOTEL PROJECT MANAGEMENT & DESIGN DIRECTION

 

Pacific Hospitality Group developed Vista Collina Resort is a luxury Tuscan-style retreat, nestled in the rolling, vine-covered hills of Napa Valley.  Hotel amenities include 145 Tuscan-inspired guestrooms, including 39 suites with fully-equipped kitchens; 9 tasting rooms; Food & Wine Center; Fivetown Grocery; beautiful pool and jacuzzi with 10 luxury cabanas; fitness center and motion studio; Village Event Lawn; and Vintners Room barn style meeting and wedding venue.

 

Shannon provided design direction for the new build project, and was Pacific Hospitality Group's owner rep providing design, development and construction oversight; project team interface; schedule, budget, plan, specifications, purchase order, shop drawing, and RFI review and approval; procurement and installation oversight; ​punch walks and sign off.

Completed in 2018.

Fun Facts:  Shannon loves all shades of wine, and created fun wine saying pieces of art in wine tones for all the public restrooms.
