RESTAURANT INTERIOR DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Developed for Eagle Four Partners, the waterfront Waterline Terrace at Balboa Bay Resort is a sophisticated yet casual design.  The contemporary design is an extension of the nautical-inspired interior and was inspired by the seaside villages of the Italian Riviera. Crisp whites combined with oceanic blues and sunny yellows, a custom quartz fire pit with surrounding deep soft seating, natural teak accents and iconic striped umbrellas complete the space.

 

Shannon created the terrace design, prepared plans and FF&E specifications, provided full procurement services, and managed the installation and finishing touches.  Completed in 2019.

Fun Fact:  Shannon traveled to Portofino, Italy in 2015 and fell in love with the blue glassware and colorful striped umbrellas and knew she wanted to incorporate those elements in a design one day.
